Learn how to qualify for the Federal tax rebate

How to Qualify for the Federal Tax Rebate

Not all windows qualify for the governement's $1,500 tax rebate. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 has introduced a new energy efficient window tax credit. Thirty percent of the total cost for new windows and a cap of $1,500 will be issued for windows that qualify.

The windows you choose must be energy efficient windows and meet the standards and criteria set to be eligible. Once your window replacement project has been completed make sure that you hold on to any receipts as you will need this for when you file your taxes. Get more information by contacting our office. One of our friendly staff members will assist you in determining whether you will qualify for the rebate based on your choice of windows.
