CRANEBOARD Solidcore is the first wide panel, insulated siding with "no give". CRANEBOARD is a unique product in the industry designed to appeal to homeowners that want a stiff strong solid backed vinyl siding that doesn't have the give associated with vinyl siding.Crane is available in wide widths without any cupping. Because the siding is bonded to a solid backer, the resulting seams are tighter than normal panels. (Centerlock also features very tight laps) Crane is a part of the Vipco family which invented vinyl siding in 1957. Crane manufactured the original hula hoop.

Tight Laps

As impressive as this 6 inch lap is, the new seven inch panel is even more impressive in our opinion.

Available Widths

Sizes and patterns available include 4 1/2", 6" and 7" reveal in normal clapboard and 4 1/2" Dutch lap style. Most lifetime no paint sidings available today are in the 4 -5 inch width, while the actual old growth cedar we often see around here was installed with 6 - 7 inch reveals. The 6 and 7 inch widths are unique to Craneboard and are an excellent

The vast majority of warranties on the market are riddled with loop holes and are transferable only on a pro rated basis. Not so with CRANEBOARD! The warranty is truly incredible.

One of the nicest things about CRANEBOARD is that it looks great from a distance and also up very close. This 7 inch pattern is nearly identical to the look of the old growth cedar. That was never possible in a maintenance free siding until now.
